Preparing for a property sale?

A thorough inspection of your home provides the basis for a good sales process. Here, the Real Estate Agent sets out a clear strategy and progress plan for the sale, estimates the value of the property and comes with tips and advice on what steps can be taken to achieve a fast sale at the desired price.

 

Once the sales order has been signed, work on preparing the property for sale begins. We collect all the necessary information so we can provide the buyer with all the appropriate information.

 

The Real Estate Agent guides you through which preparations should be made prior to the photography session and viewings to highlight the qualities of the property.

Marketing the property

No home is the same. Therefore, we adapt the marketing just to your home. The important viewings

The bidding round

Following viewings, the Real Estate Agent will follow up with the potential buyers. When bids are received, both sellers and bidders are kept informed about developments. Contract meeting and takeover of the property

Following a bidding agreement, both parties sign a reservation agreement - and go through the details of takeover and settlement. The buyer transfers the reservation amount to a secured client account at a Notary Public (Solicitor) - now your home is reserved.

Settlement and closing
